Bélanger, Commissaire CALL FOR APPLICATION FOR STANDING AND FUNDING THE ELLIOT LAKE COMMISSION OF INQUIRY Algo Centre Mall which caused the deaths of Lucie Aylwin and Doloris Perizzolo and injuries to a number of other individuals on June 23, 2012, as well as the emergency management and response to this event. Th e Commission will also review all laws, regulations, by-laws, policies, processes and procedures of provincial and municipal governments and other parties with respect to these two aspects of the inquiry. Th e Honourable Paul R. Bélanger has been appointed Commissioner of the Elliot Lake Commission of Inquiry and is to inquire into the collapse of the Inquiry or whose participation may be helpful to fulfi ll the Commissioner's mandate. Standing before a Commission of Inquiry gives the individual or organization the right to take part in the proceedings and to make submissions on terms set by the Commissioner.
